• Everyone working on site needs to complete the site induction, including supervisors.
• Inductions are completed via the app Sign on Site (link to: https://www.signonsite.com/app/download). Workers can download the app onto their phone prior to arriving on site. The induction must be completed on site.
• If workers don’t have a phone, they can use the Manteena site tablet to complete the induction and sign on and off site.
• Inductions must be prearranged with the Manteena site manager, don’t turn up and expect that you can immediately be inducted.
• All competencies and licenses must be loaded onto the Sign on Site induction.
• Don’t start work until your induction has been approved by Manteena. There might be more information they want to give you verbally.
• Contractor supervisors should oversee the inductions of all their workers. Workers who need an interpreter will not be inducted until that interpreter is present.
• Workers must sign on and off site every time they are on site and acknowledge the daily briefing every time they are on site. Even if you set up Sign on Site to automatically pick up your site attendance, you still need to open the app and acknowledge the daily briefing.

Anyone visiting site (eg. for a meeting or a site tour) must sign into Sign On Site as a visitor. There is an electronic tablet in the site office for this purpose. All visitors must read the visitor site safety rules and be accompanied by a site inducted person at all times.

If you visit site multiple times, do the site induction, don’t sign in as a visitor.
