Fill out a Manteena work permit if you’re doing any of the following:

• Electrical isolations and energisations*
• Excavations and penetrations, all depths*
• Demolition*
• Working from a safety harness (unless working out of mobile plant)
• Hot works*
• Works in confined space
• Dual crane lifts
• Work in or adjacent to water
• Restricted access areas
• Service isolation (other than electrical)
• Working near live services, see section Encroachment Works around Live / Existing Services

* These permits are currently done online via a QR code supplied on site, for all other permits, ask the project team.

Remember to attach evidence to the permit (eg photos of lock out tag outs, photos of excavation zone, plan of areas checked for services prior to demolition)

Other tasks may require a permit from another source, for example, to meet client requirements, check with your project manager.
