Manteena values prompt and direct communication on WHS issues. If a Worker Safety Consultation group has been set up on site, one representative from each sub-contractor is to attend each consultation meeting (if that sub-contractor is working on site at the time of the meeting). Supervisors are required to join site safety walks. Please factor participation into your planning and help make site safer for all.

The site safety noticeboard is the destination for information and materials relating to safety on site, it is usually in the site lunchroom or near the site facilities. On small sites the noticeboard documents will be kept in a folder.

If you have a WHS issue to raise, talk to the site supervisor, project manager, safety advisor or HSR (if there’s one on the site).
