Please report all workplace accidents, incidents, dangerous occurrences and near misses to the site supervisor or safety advisor as soon as possible, even if you think they are minor. We might need to report the incident internally, to the client, to the regulator or a governing body.

If an incident looks serious, don’t disturb the scene (this is an offence that you may be prosecuted for), make safe only and talk to the site supervisor or safety advisor immediately.

A worker who has received treatment for an injury by a medical professional needs written clearance from that medical professional stating that they are fit to return to work before they can start back on site.

First aid treatment should be reported so we can replenish supplies.

In the event of an accident or emergency, never assist if doing so would put you or another person in more danger. Raise the alarm and seek help.
