If there’s a defect with your work, you will fix it at your cost. This might be by removing material from site, demolishing work, redesigning, reconstructing, replacing or correcting the work or not having material delivered to site.

The fix should be in a timely manner (we’ll give you a due date) and put out program and other contractors as little as possible. Once fixed, each defect will be re-inspected and closed out when the fix is accepted.

Alternatively, we might advise you that we accept the defect and adjust the cost to you.

The contract sets out the procedures which Manteena will follow to notify defects and apply back charges or other remedies.
