Notwithstanding the contract provisions, if there is any effect on cost or time, it is to be raised and dealt - with immediately including clearly documenting the outcome.

Please ensure you are familiar with the timeframes and notice requirements in the contract for:

• extensions of time and notice of delay
• variations
• unexpected events
• latent conditions

Claims will be time barred if you do not notify them by the times stated in the contract. The time frames will generally correspond with time frames which Manteena must meet under the head contract.
