As part of Manteena’s system management and compliance with accredited schemes, spot audits are conducted on all sites. Usually, the spot audit is done by a safety advisor, sometimes it might be done by a site supervisor. These audits are not designed to catch you out, they are meant to check that our system is working. If a Manteena representative asks you or your workers to be part of a spot audit, brief participation is expected. The audit document will be sent to you and any follow-up action for close-out should be completed as soon as possible.
