Health and Wellbeing

Mental health is part of WHS. We expect everyone to turn up to fit for work and willing to make the job site a positive, safe place for all.

Everyone takes responsibility for their own work health and safety by following safe work systems and letting their supervisor, safety advisor or HSR know if they need additional support. Supervisors and managers set reasonable demands for others, provide the resources required to meet expectations and model the behaviour they expect from workers. Everyone behaves fairly and reasonably when working with others. Discrimination and anti-social behaviour is not tolerated.

Manteena has trained Mental Health First Aiders on each project team and encourages communication.
