Communication

Manteena recognises the significant contribution that subcontractors and suppliers make to our projects, and we know that we can't deliver high quality and safe projects without your help. To this end, we want to establish and maintain good communications with you and your staff.

We expect that our teams will be organised, and our sites well planned and ready for you to start work at the pre-agreed time. Similarly, we look to your teams to be equally organised and equipped to do the job from Day 1.

We recognise that construction is a challenging industry and not everything goes according to plan 100% of the time. We ask that your teams are up front in their communication to keep our teams informed of where you are up to. We also expect any communications between our teams to be professional and respectful at all times. These conversations need to be meaningful and be aimed at achieving an outcome which is good for both you and Manteena.

Manteena's view is that productive face to face conversations are the first step to maintaining a strong rapore, so long as both our teams and yourselves remember that there is a place for more formal written communication that aligns with our respective obligations under the contract that we are operating within.

We genuinely hope to develop and maintain lasting relationships with you and your staff and to this end, are happy to receive feedback on what we can be doing to continuously get better. Manteena hopes that every project we work on together can be a successful one for both you and us.
